Ghaziabad Police on Thursday registered an FIR against both the parties in the dispute between the security personnel of poet Kumar Vishwas and a private doctor regarding the removal of the car. However, in both the cases the accused have been shown as ‘unknown’. Meanwhile, on Thursday, officials of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) West Ghaziabad warned of a national level strike if appropriate action is not taken.

The names of Kumar Vishwas’s security personnel should be added in the FIR. Kumar Vishwas should apologize publicly.

Actually, Kumar Vishwas lives in Vasundhara area of Ghaziabad. On November 8, he was going from home to Aligarh to attend a program. Dr Pallav Bajpai’s car arrived in the convoy near Hindon River Bridge in Ghaziabad. Kumar Vishwas’s security personnel had a dispute with the doctor regarding this. Immediately after this incident, Kumar Vishwas posted on the social media platform Tweet that there was an attempt to attack the convoy.

However, a 4-second video went viral on social media, in which some security personnel are seen scuffling with a man who had fallen in the bushes.

The Indian Medical Association held a press conference in this regard on Thursday. IMA officials have strongly condemned the assault on Dr. Pallav Bajpai.

IMA said, this incident is an example of the arrogant behavior of a VIP and his team, immersed in VIP culture and intoxicated with Y security. Someone got killed just because he couldn’t get the convo to end in time. This act is disgusting, indecent and inhuman. During this entire incident, Kumar Vishwas did not consider it necessary to come out of the car and the security personnel beat him up and went away leaving the doctor half dead.

IMA has said that Kumar Vishwas should apologize in this case. Punitive action should be taken against security personnel. The names of Kumar Vishwas’s security personnel should be included in the FIR instead of unknown ones.
