Haryana: Bulldozer action again in Nuh today

Earlier on Friday, law enforcement agencies had demolished over 200 houses of ‘illegal’ immigrants.

The District Town Planner of Nuh said that more than 45 illegal commercial shops on Nalhar Road were being demolished.

After Haryana administration demolished illegal construction near SKM Government Medical College in Nuh district, Nuh SDM Ashwani Kumar said, “This action has been taken on the instructions of CM Manohar Lal Khattar. The encroachment was spread over 2.5 acres. It There was illegal construction. It has also been found that some of these people were involved in the recent violence.”

Earlier on Friday, law enforcement agencies had demolished over 200 huts of ‘illegal’ immigrants. It is being told that illegal immigrants from Bangladesh had built shanties on the land of Haryana Urban Development Authority (HSVP) in Tauru area of Nuh, they were living here for the last four years. The demolition drive was carried out by the district authorities with a heavy police contingent on Thursday. The news was reported linking this bulldozer action with the Nuh violence. It is alleged that the people living here were allegedly involved in the violent clashes that took place on July 31 in Haryana’s Nuh district.

On the bulldozer action, SP Varun Singla had said on Friday that action has also been taken on the illegal properties which were encroached on the land of HSVP. The government is taking strict action. However, this action is being linked to Nuance violence.
