किसानों की महापंचायत में फैसला, 2 जनवरी को नोएडा प्राधिकरण तो 5 को NTPC की करेंगे तालाबंदी
Farmers, who have been continuously protesting against Noida Authority, held a Mahapanchayat on Tuesday. In this, the farmers decided that if their demands were not met, then there would be an indefinite lockout by protesting at the Noida Authority on January 2 and then at NTPC on January 5.
Farmers from 105 villages were present in the Mahapanchayat. National President of Bharatiya Kisan Parishad, Sukhveer Khalifa said that two decisions were taken after the opinion of the Panches in the Mahapanchayat. Pradhan Shyam Singh Bhati is presiding over the Panchayat. He said that governments changed, but the system did not change. Good days did not come. The farmer is still sitting on the roads.
And on Tuesday itself, the Geter Noida Authority Board, in its meeting, claimed to open a box of relief for the farmers. The Authority Board agreed to the proposal to give 10 percent developed abadi plots to the farmers who received 64.7 percent additional compensation on the orders of the Supreme Court and High Courts. Now it will be sent to the administration. After approval from there it will be implemented.
This decision has been taken in view of the long standing demand of farmers. This proposal was placed before Chairman Manoj Kumar Singh on behalf of Greater Noida Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar, on which the Chairman immediately accepted it. Now this will be sent to the government for approval. After approval from there, farmers will be able to get 10 percent (maximum 2500 square meters) of the acquired land. This will fulfill the long pending demand of farmers.
Reservation letters will be issued to eligible farmers. The land allotted for the developed plot will be acquired soon. If an eligible farmer has illegal encroachment, he will be allotted land only after voluntarily removing the illegal encroachment. Farmers will have to give an affidavit that the land reserved or allotted to them does not exceed 2500 square meters. If any petition or special permission has been appealed by the farmer in this regard, it will be withdrawn. The board has given instructions to send this proposal to the government.
On the second demand of the farmers, the Authority Board considered the farmers who sold their land with mutual consent as project affected under the new Land Acquisition Law and provided them fair compensation and transparency in terms of land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement under the Right to Transparency Act 2013 (New Land Acquisition Law). Under this, green signal has been given to send the benefits to the government for a positive decision.
As the third demand of the farmers, the Authority Board has also accepted the proposal of 33 percent reservation for the farmers in the vending zone. Apart from this, on the demand of the farmers, the Authority Board has agreed to the proposal to lease back 296 eligible farmers out of 533 approved by the government. Soon eligible farmers will be able to get lease back. A large number of farmers will be able to benefit from these decisions.
