Munger Sadar Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar said that the police is probing the entire matter. He has claimed that the culprits have been identified, who are absconding since the incident. The police is probing from all aspects.

In Vasudevpur OP area of Munger district of Bihar, criminals opened fire on father and son, in which the father died and the son was seriously injured. The deceased used to do the business of transport. A police official said that transporter Ramchandra Yadav and his son Rahul Kumar were getting their bus washed near the Bajrangbali temple. Meanwhile, miscreants who came on four bikes armed with weapons started firing targeting the father-son. Ramchandra Yadav died on the spot and Rahul was seriously injured.
In a hurry, Rahul was taken to a local hospital for treatment, where he was referred to Patna after first aid. It is being told that Ramchandra Yadav was murdered due to old enmity.
Apart from the deceased transporter, he also used to do the business of giving money on interest, due to which he had enmity with many people.
