John Abraham’s office is also located in a charming Bandra bungalow and this is his second purchase. This property of John is 372 Nirmal Bhawan on Linking Road, Khar, which comes with two floors with a ground floor. The actor is said to have signed a deal worth Rs 75 crore on December 27. The actor paid an additional Rs 4.25 crore as stamp duty.
He has not yet confirmed the news of this purchase. They already own a luxurious apartment in Bandra. His house is designed on two floors by combining two flats. It also has a private terrace overlooking the Arabian Sea. John Abraham is one of the Bollywood celebrities who has invested heavily in real estate. In 2009 he purchased a prime plot of land in Union Park near the Petit School from the Ratanshas, a Parsi family.
