There has been a major lapse in the security of Parliament. Two persons entered the Lok Sabha. If reports are to be believed, this person jumped from the auditorium. Evading the security personnel, they reached close to the well, after which the House proceedings had to be hastily adjourned.
According to reports, the person was spraying garbage and some gas like thing inside the house. As soon as he jumped, the opposition MPs created a ruckus. MP Danish Ali said that suddenly smoke started rising. The MPs told that first of all the MPs themselves caught both the people, after which they were handed over to the security personnel.
Let us tell you, on this day in 2001 there was a terrorist attack on the Parliament.
On the security breach in the Lok Sabha, Congress MP Karti Chidambaram said that suddenly two youths around 20 years of age jumped into the House from the audience gallery and had canisters in their hands. Yellow smoke was coming out from these canisters. One of them was trying to run towards the Speaker’s chair. They were raising some slogans. Karti said the smoke could have been poisonous. This is a serious breach of security, especially on December 13, the day Parliament was attacked in 2001…”
On the other hand, Delhi Police has detained two protesters, a man and a woman, in front of Transport Bhawan, who were protesting with colorful smoke.
It is being told that the name of one of the two people who entered during the proceedings is Sagar. Both had come on Lok Sabha visitor pass in the name of MP. MP Danish Ali told that both the people had come from Lok Sabha Visitor Pass in the name of BJP MP from Mysore Pratap Simha.
